Many coaches mentioned to me they are constantly telling athletes to go to bed early but they are staying up late. What protocols do you have in place to get your athletes to bed on time?8. Larissa is an educational consultant writing policies, procedures, protocols and behaviour models that bring parents back to a functioning relationship with School staff. She creates policies that address absenteeism and late arrivals, rude and violent behaviour. She has created a working behavioural model that heavily involves working with parents to decrease suspensions and improve behaviour. Her policies work from the fundamental perspective of no phones on school property and incorporating parents at every level in the school.
